Meet Tara Morris, Our New Brand Director

We’re thrilled to welcome Tara Morris to Legend as our new Brand Director! Tara brings a blend of strategic insight and creative vision to our team, with an ability to transform a brand’s features into a compelling story that resonates deeply with its audience. Her passion lies in uncovering what makes each brand special and helping it grow into its own unique legend. 

A Proven Track Record of Brand Excellence

Tara’s experience spans a diverse range of brands, from local treasures like The Beach Waterpark to nationally recognized names like Bush’s Beans, Sargento Cheese, and Michaels Arts and Crafts during her time at Empower. In addition, she founded and ran her own brand consultancy, Ellie Brands, where she helped small businesses and entrepreneurs build brands with impact. This breadth of experience has equipped Tara with the unique ability to connect with brands of all sizes and deliver thoughtful, authentic strategies that resonate. 

Rooted in Values, Growing Community-Centered Brands

But there’s so much more to Tara than her professional expertise. Did you know that she and her family raise sheep on their family farm in Maineville, Ohio? Tara is deeply connected to her roots, carrying on a tradition she grew up with. Each year, her family shows sheep at one of Legend’s valued clients, the Warren County Fair. It’s a tradition that has instilled in Tara a profound work ethic, a commitment to teamwork, and an appreciation for the values that shape strong communities. 

Faith, Family, and Forward Motion

When Tara isn’t shaping brands, she’s fully immersed in family life. A proud mother of four, she and her husband are actively involved in their parish and school, St. Columban—another valued Legend client—and in youth sports. Tara coaches volleyball and softball, while her husband coaches football. Together, their family travels the nation for competitive volleyball and lacrosse tournaments. 

Tara’s inspiration comes from her faith and her parents, who remain active on the family farm and play a vital role in raising over 100 sheep each year. “My parents have always been the anchors of our family,” Tara shares. “Their unwavering work ethic, selflessness, and ability to lead by example inspire me every day.”

A Bright Future Ahead with Tara on Board

As Legend’s Brand Director, Tara’s mission is clear: to help both Legend and our clients build authentic, thoughtful, and impactful brands. In a world increasingly driven by technology and AI, Tara believes in the importance of keeping brands human and relatable. “Thoughtfulness and empathy are at the core of every great brand story,” she explains. “Every detail matters because it’s those details that create connections and inspire trust.” 

Tara is especially excited about Legend’s rebrand, which represents far more than just a new visual identity. “The rebrand is a reflection of growth—for ourselves and for our clients,” she says. “It’s about listening, learning, and guiding brands toward success while helping them stay true to who they are. It’s an opportunity to inspire, empower, and elevate each brand’s story to new heights.”
