How to edit your safety and health protocols on your Google My Business profile

Keep your customers informed by updating the information on your Google My Business Listing. If you do not currently manage or have access to your Google My Business listing contact sales@legendwebworks.com or fill out this simple online form so our team can get the ball rolling for you.
Examples of updates:
- Covid-19 precautions
- Hours of Operation and Temporary Closures
- Changes to how the business operates ex. Takeout or Delivery only, Hygiene and Safety.
- Requests for Support
- Inventory Delays
- Products and Services currently available
Follow the steps below to create a post:

On your computer, sign in to Google My Business.

From the menu, click Posts.

At the top of the page, choose the COVID-19 update tab.

To get a preview of your post, click Preview.

If you're happy with your preview, in the top right, click Publish.

If you'd like to change your post, in the top left, click Back
. Edit your draft until it’s ready to publish
